Our Process

Standards of Our Services

We are always trying to make it easier for our clients to understand the process of our workflow. This not only helps us understand your vision but also helps our team create an efficient work plan for your project.

The moment you decide to work with us, our aim is to begin bringing your ideas and goals to life as soon as possible!

How it Works

Here's a quick overview on each step throughout the process of website development to help you understand our general workflow:

1. Understanding your goals

When you contact us for the first time, we will set up an introductory meeting via your preferred method (phone or video conference). This call helps us to know more about you. We also talk your needs and goals. We discuss your expectations of us - such as timeline of the project including the support we provide throughout the process of development. We also discuss our website plans and their cost and finalize the plan that suit you best.

3. Onboarding and wireframe creation

Once the contract is signed, we will set up a time for another meeting - called the 'Action Plan' meeting. In the action plan, we extend the discussion on how to approach the branding and marketing of your website. We also create and discuss a sitemap, fonts and colors that suits your project. Clarifying any other concerns and questions is one of our priorities during this step.

 5. Ongoing Review Process

Once our team is done creating the first draft of the website, we will get in touch with your designated contact person and set up an initial review meeting. We discuss what you like and don't like. Based on our conversation, we take notes and incorporate the changes you want for the next draft. This step is repeated a couple of times until you feel the design and content direction is to your satisfaction. Throughout the remainder of the website design and development process, we will be in touch with you at different stages to get your insights and approval. This includes providing you portal access towards the completion of the project where you can directly provide comments on the webpages to help expedite the review process.

7. Optimization and SEO

Just creating a design and content for a website isn't enough.  At this stage of our process, we make sure all the pages and content are optimized for mobiles and tablets. We also add on-site search engine optimization to your websites for improved discovery and traffic.

9. Post-Launch Testing

Our team will continue to monitor and test the website for around a week to check for any broken links and review the overall stability of all the pages. We will continue to be in touch with you to ensure that the website is working properly on all standard devices.

2. Signing the contract

After our first call where we have come to a verbal agreement of moving ahead with the project, we will send you a legal contract which details all the legalities covering our full development process. The timeline, cost and development process that was previously finalized are written on the contract. After all the parties have agreed and signed the contract, the set-up invoice is paid, we move to the next phase.

4. Design and Development

This is where your ideas begin taking shape. After the sitemap, fonts and colors are finalized, our team starts their streamlined process of laying down the foundation of your website. Our designers work together with our content writers to create professional-looking webpages. Our developers make sure the user-experience is smooth right from the start. Depending on the timeline discussed beforehand, the design process takes a few weeks before you can review your project. One of the reasons our website costs are so affordable is that we work with content already drafted by you. The more detailed instructions you provide about this content in terms of how you want it displayed, the better. Our team of experts uses this content to tell your story visually in an elegant and professional manner.

6. Final Review

After your final approval of the website for launch, we go through a final review to make sure everything is working as you intended. We ask you to join us in doing a pre-launch testing where you click on all the links and buttons to make sure everything is working as planned. At this time we also discuss the next steps ahead in terms of launch including the Hosting and Maintenance Plan and whether you would like for that to be on a monthly or an annual payment cycle.

8. Launch

At last, we arrive at the most sought-after step - the launch itself. By this point, both you and our team will have gone through multiple reviews and optimizations to make sure the website is launched in its most optimal state. Your ideas and goals have now taken shape and are ready to be presented to the whole world.
